EXPERIENCE
Aztech Plastering Company was formed in 1989 and has maintained licenses in Las Vegas as well as the surrounding communities since inception. Aztech Plastering incorporated in April of 2002. In 2004 Commercial Stucco Systems LLC was added. This company was designed to bring our clients better rates for maintaining a strictly commercial division. Currently Aztech Plastering LLC & Commercial Stucco Systems maintain 100 to 120 employees, with additional crews available. As workloads increase additional manpower is added. The scope of work completed includes all stucco applications including one coat and EIFS applications. Projects range from tract home projects, multi unit residential projects, apartment complexes, restaurants, residential custom homes, hotels, motels, and large commercial projects. Aztech Plastering LLC has key personnel whose combined experience in the industry is over 55 years.
INSURANCE
As required in the State of Nevada, Aztech Plastering LLC & Commercial Stucco Systems, LLC maintains employee compensation coverage Nevada Builders Insurance Group. Commercial Stucco Systems LLC and Aztech Plastering LLC maintain liability insurance policies with Builders Insurance Group and maintain these polices with limits of $1,000,000.00 / $2,000,000.00 aggregate. Additional insured riders can be provided upon request.
Aztech Plastering LLC and Commercial Stucco Systems, LLC maintain a current safety program to include an MSDS compliance program.
SAFETY
Both Aztech Plastering LLC & Commercial Stucco Systems, LLC have an ongoing safety program with weekly safety meetings. We are proud of our safety record and are always happy to work with our General Contractors to make the working environment a safe one for all those who work on it.
